Christopher C.The location was fine. However, we had a major ice and snowstorm the night I moved. I was literally snowed in and I tried explaining that to Uhaul but I still kept getting messages that I needed to return the equipment as though I stole it. That's not ok!!

Made sure everything was paid for so that when drove across Springfield Missouri, all I had to do was show my id check out the vehicle and got me back on the road. Thank you for your service.

Fortunately for me I was referred to the U-Haul authorized dealer Steve @ 4319 W Chestnut Expressway Springfield MO. He was able to rent me a U-Haul for 1 day which is all I needed. I was very thankful & appreciative. Steve was very nice @ funny & professional. Business clean easy to find & close to several gas stations & main highways. Nothing to improve. Thank you

Mike N.Your pricing is extremely high. you're charging to rent the vehicle, your charged for mileage, and fuel. A 52 mile 3hour use and a quarter of a tank of fuel and it cost me $ 1225.00 Over the top in my opinion. But since this is about money no improvements will be made.
