Lady was upset when I wouldn't back the trailer into place and was a smartass telling me about making excuses for not backing the trailer into their lineup for her and whining about how hard it makes it for them. I do not have time to do their work for them.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkReally great staff. They assisted in hooking up the trailer and were friendly. The location is a little tight to maneuver equipment but it's all good.
