Loree JWhile dropping this off at a smoke shop, I couldn't understand the guy who took the trailer off the car. It wasn't clear to me that It was checked in completely. All I saw him do is write the number 16 on a paper at the counter. I called the phone number on the uhaul paperwork and they looked up my info and told me that everything was done and complete.
CHRISTOPHER PWhen we arrived dolly that we ordered was not inside, we also had trouble with getting lock open. Managers from liquor store were helpful. The process of renting is long and they moved locations on us. Not the best experience

Robert CI will never rent from this location or most likely UHaul again. They did not have the truck that was confirmed nor was I notified to the effect. Had to go into a nasty smoke shop to rent the new truck. Then got to the truck and the gas was almost empty. They employee said that they do not fill it and it was my responsibility to make sure it was only filled to the 1/4 mark. Horrible customer service and truck was not maintained. Going to us BUDGET or Penske Truck rental next time.

JEFFERY DThis was in a smoke shop, big language barrier, they did not inspect truck with me. When I returned it, no one checked truck with me or gave me total my card would be charged. Made me very uncomfortable.
TERRILYN GThe trailer had trash in it, the person helping me opened the back, closed it, and left the trash in it for me to dispose of. I did not realize this was a smoke shop when I rented it. I had to go inside and the employees were trying to sell smokes to customers and sign me out with the trailer.

GREGORY SI was disappointed with the service. Despite my clear instructions to decline additional coverage when i filled out the rental online, it was added to my final bill. I have proof that I denied it, yet it was still charged. I never signed anything agreeing to these charges, and I still expect a refund. While the staff was polite, communication was a major issue. The person who assisted me was difficult to understand, and he didn’t clearly explain what I needed to do. I was in a hurry, so I was left standing there, unsure of the next steps, until we eventually went to the trailer.
DAVID BAppliance dolly not present. Insurance was $15 more than agreed to. Previous customer.left van extrememly hairy and dog smeely and I had to spend 1/2 hour in 90degree sun cleaning it out so as not to get the hair on the things we were moving (my wife is very allergic) but this was so obviosly smelling. However the people were nice but they need to check and clean if necessary their equiptment
ANTHONY WPeter had great customer service which is the only reason I rated it as average. But having a U-Haul location in a liquor store is horrible and totally unexpected! Do better U-Haul!
Donna WMy drop off location was changed as I went to drop off. I have nothing against the drop off location, I am again frustrated that my location was changed as I was dropping off the truck.
