The help had limited English skills. They offered blankets but had none. They left the settlement of any money due to UHaul. I wanted to settle before leaving.

Edward DI reserved a 4x8 trailer and when I arrived they said they did not have anymore 4x8 trailers. They had one 5x8 trailer left and so I said I would take that one and they charged me the higher price to rent the only trailer left. I did not appreciate the bait and switch, it is very unethical.
