I reserved a 4x8 trailer and when I arrived they said they did not have anymore 4x8 trailers. They had one 5x8 trailer left and so I said I would take that one and they charged me the higher price to rent the only trailer left. I did not appreciate the bait and switch, it is very unethical.

mike mI got charged 17 dollars for gas and I put the gas back in the truck. He was a nice guy. He didn’t have any small trucks so I had to get the more expensive one. There should have been a discount or something.
RONISHA RThey had no cargo door locks. UHaul is a side business. It’s basically a smoke/vape store Took forever to get registered as she helped other customers buy vape wrapper and hemp cigarettes.
