More attentive to customer. Upon pick up she was on phone the entire time, It felt like I was interrupting her to rent the truck

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery nice customer service!
Sherry MEmployee was fine. However with all the issues I had with 1200 East Riverside location in Evansville I wanted to verify drop off to ensure it was done correctly. After giving key to employee they said they will take care of it and that I could leave. They said if there are issues then I will have to call a number to work it out. It would have been better to process the drop off while I was there so I knew about any issues rather than find out about it later.
Kevin MThe help had limited English skills. They offered blankets but had none. They left the settlement of any money due to UHaul. I wanted to settle before leaving.
Bruce WEasy peezy no fuss no muss. Friendly service and easy in and out.
