CAROLE BAlthough it was really busy, I was able to pick up the trailer in a decent amount of wait time. The drop off was a problem as other customers had totally blocked the parking lot with trucks which made the drop off challenging but after a bit of maneuvering, we got it into a parking space.

HECTOR SI always use this as my pick up location. I’ve never had a problem. Just this last time the truck I was issued was banged up all around the whole truck and it sounded even worse.the cab of the truck was filthy from previous user who obviously was driving with dogs as there was animal hair everywhere .I wasn’t sure it would make the trip. The gas mileage was incorrect so I had to correct that with uhaul and when we got to the storage unit and opened the truck there was lots of little German cockroaches everywhere. We couldn’t load anything on it until we cleaned it and sprayed it with pesticide as a precaution- it didn’t work. The outside marker lights didn’t work at all and there was only one reverse light working. Unfortunately I ended up having to unpack my stuff outside and quickly because I found a few roaches in my boxes and I didn’t need them breeding and ending up in my home. This was by far the worst truck rental I have ever gotten. Please check your rentals before you take them off the lot and make sure they aren’t problematic.

JORGE LI could not be happier with the Oviedo U-Haul pick-up location. “Rock-Star” Becky was effectively running the busy operations alone, but still swiftly retrieved my truck and helped guide me through the smooth and easy check-in using my cell phone. The hand truck and furniture pads were available however, the furniture dolly was not. This was not a showstopper and this actually saved me money. Great experience –thank you!

Jeffrey BThe truck i rented had less gas than was stated on the contract. The contract stated i had to return the truck with 1/4 tank of gas when i was inspecting the truck i saw it was 1/8 or slightly less. I went back into the office and the representative drove the truck onto a level ground and confirmed my concern. He said he would go into the system and make the necessary correction which he did not do. I returned the truck after the office was closed so i did mobile check in. Two days later online i see no correction was made. After speaking with Bob on Saturday 10/18/2025 he told me to take it up with U-Haul. I paid more for gas than i needed too as Bob requested that I return the truck with 1/4 tank which i did. He didnt do his part.
EDWIN PCustomer service was below average. The attendant was not forthcoming with general information and we found it difficult to communicate with him.

ALLISTER Jrefueling gauge should be in the app anything a renter might need should be in the app. the contract is useless (can't find anything useful) unless you are a uhaul lawyer or want to understand your liability imwhen a problem arises
