The truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas. I was told if put gas in the truck and my bill would be discounted. I put $30.00 on the truck and bring the truck with 1/2 of gas. My bill was not discounted. Only went 13 miles. I would just put what I use for 2 gallon.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe person that helped me was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Donald ZHe was very helpful with the drop off since I was having a hard time using the website to do the self-return - not sure if it was poor reception or website - but I was able to drop off the truck and again be on our way relatively easy. Note: We had to change the drop off location so I had to call and request the change and Linda on the phone was super helpful too. She changed to drop off location and adjusted the mileage accordingly making the not-so-fun moving experience way easier than I had expected. Thank you everyone!
