Jeffrey BThe app was horrible - it took me 30 minutes to check out and I could not complete the process. The back of the truck had light debris in it including food (some scattered Cheerios among other things). Then the process to return it was awful too and took me forever including waiting on hold for 15 minutes when I was told 5-10. The app just kept waiting and waiting and waiting - very frustrating. Next time I may try Penske.
