Again, the pickup location was completely fine. The app completely failed at allowing me to do a contactless drop off, so I had to ask for help and the gentleman there sorted everything out efficiently. Your app also failed to show me the address of the drop off location, it only showed me a name, which, when tapped on, took me to a map of New Jersey. Very buggy, not cool. You guys need a section in this survey for your buggy app, not just the drop off and pick up locations.

Original reservation was terrible. I was not informed that the owner was on vacation and we waited half an hour before connecting to U-Haul online help. I was unable to complete registration online at site even though the operator was very patient for ages. After calling U-Haul help line we were finally advised to go to this 884 U-Haul location. By the time we got to 884, the reservation was cancelled. Fortunately the lady at 884 was excellent and set us up with a new vehicle, particularly as she struggled with her reservation system. We were delayed by two hours by the frustrating time on site with the first reservation. Thankfully we got our move done without further problems.. U-Haul needs to improve its communication before pickup and when no-one is on site make sure renter completes reservation before going to pickup site.
Phillip CI booked a 10’ vehicle as that’s what my wife was comfortable driving as she has never done so before. We ended up getting a 15’ at a different location. Not ideal. Then now I’m getting charged $25 for a cleaning fee? What for? Overall it wasn’t great.

Virginia MThis was a last minute change made by U-Haul that worked in my favour. It was closer to my home and their hours of operation were longer than my original drop-off location so I was able to return it immediately after we emptied the truck. It was much appreciated.
Leonard GCheck out process was long due to frequent calls to U-HAUL support center to get the rented equipment properly issued through the U-Haul system. This maybe just due to the lack of familiarity with the process as it appeared to be a new location. Location is tight for a 26’ truck. Trees at the rear of the building were trucks are parked could use some trimming to help make it better accessible The staff was very friendly and apologetic for the delays.
Matthew RThere wasn't sufficient space to park the large 26' truck as there was another 26' truck already in the small parking lot which also had 2 big garbage bins in it. I was instructed to park the truck in the store's drive-through lane which was okay to do but whoever needs to move it out of that location will have a difficult time.
