If the person on duty could relay information properly it would have been helpful at the time of purchase. He was the only one on duty. Upon returning another person (alone and on duty) had no idea we paid $140.00 for 4 hours already and tried to recharge us. We paid another $86.00 when it should have been $60.00 some odd dollars. The screen with agreement was small and difficult to read. According to the contract there are no civil actions that can be taken. No doubt U-Haul has run into many problems before and trying to cover their butt. These staff members weren’t wearing name tags and the fellow who took the return claimed his name was Stan, I knew this to be highly unlikely.
