This wasn't my drop off location. When I picked the truck up, the person didn't seem to know the details of my reservation. He was challenging to communicate with. I received a phone call later asking about why I had returned the truck to Owen Sound with so many miles driven on it. But I actually returned the truck to Hamilton, with the predicted amount of miles driven.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy brother went to return the truck as he was a secondary driver, before finalizing the transaction, he asked the cashier about the process of fuelling if we need to fill or how the process works coz he was new, instead of telling us. He literally made our bill charging 30$ for fuel service and 42$ for the fuel while we were expecting an answer, and the km we used were only 31km. Where on god’s green earth, this truck took 42$ gas for 31 kms? The attendant doesn’t know the meaning of cust service. I never had this bad experience with uhaul, I guess I should’ve told my brother about the process already, instead of trusting that uhaul dealer who robbed my brother. We paid 168$ for using the truck for 31km from which 72$ were for fuel.

Georgios GThe gas line was at 7/8 on paper. Never realized it was actually at 3/4. Drove 10 miles to barely use any gas and got charged 32$ for not paying attention and trusting the paper work and the workers there. Paid someone else's fuel. Bs
Fation PMy son-in-law was picking the unit up for me, so I went in the day before with my credit card. I was a bit confused when I was told the 15ft unit I had reserved wouldn't be available. Also, better explanation of the choice between 6 and 24 hr rental duration would have made things more clear. What I reserved was available on the rental date, so that was good.
