I came to check out the Uhaul truck after hours, thus required the Uhaul app to check out the vehicle. I was on the phone for 1 1/2 hours trying to get thru the VERY buggy app, and was so frustrated at the end that I almost said 'forget it, I'm going to Budget to rent. Finally, a knock came at the window of the car, it was the manager of the location. She apologized for the rotten phone app & offered to complete the registration in person. After about 10 minutes, we had the keys and were off. It has left a very negative option of Uhaul in my mouth. I cannot recommend your company to others as my experience was horrible. When the manager said that since I was returning the vehicle after hours, I would have to deal with the app again--no, please no. She said that she would probably be out , however to ring her doorbell and she would be contacted. Fortunately, she was 3 minutes away, again, after 10 minutes we were on our way. You have a wonderful manager that PACA Storage and a absolute TERRIBLE application & telephone agent that kept us on the phone for 1 1/2 hours.

The truck was dirty inside & out, I rented in Utah & drove to Texas with No cruise control, the engine wasn’t in tune, the check engine light came on & the engine ran roughly & used 9 full tanks of gas to get to texas. I dropped it off at the drop off location & was billed almost $600 more dollars on top of the $2200.00?

Kim helped us decide what unit to choose. Kim had had such a pleasant and helpful attitude whenever we spoke to her. We ended up needing storage for 4 months. The whole area was always clean. The AC kept all our belongings at a good temperature. Our belongings were secure. Check out was easy. Thank you Kim!

The local location was ok. But the follow up when the truck broke down was horrible! The people who responded were friendly enough byut it took HOURS! We sat in the hot sun (105 degrees) for over 3 hours before any help arrived. Then it too another 2 hours to get it diagnosed, and a tow authorized, etc.: The providers were very kind and courteous, ut the several agents we dealt with couldn't make up their mind what to do. We ended up in a hotel halfway to destination, then the next morning when the replacement truck came, the so-called "professional" movers that were sent were awful. They broke several things just by being hasty and careless and forcing thins into spaces, Two of the damaged pieces were antiques and they had been warned and asked to be careful but ignored the request and simply replied:" it will be fine!" It was not fine! Very upset and angry over the whole thing. I believe their business name was "Pack Rats". How fitting. They were not careful at all. Just rush, rush, and very rough. Like I said, all other providers were courteous and very helpful, but the men who transferred items to the new truck were not carful at all.

Kim at PACA storage was amazing! She was personable, friendly, funny, great communicator, and a huge asset as a UHAUL authorized partner. I would recommend her and PACA storage to anyone that needs storage or a UHAUL rental in the Payson area to go see her.

The worker after I dropped off the truck charged me a $25 cleaning fee and truck was immacualte. They also charged me for 36 miles and I drove truck from Vernal to the location for drop off. I ddin't go anywhere else. I rented the other truck as you can see from other survey and thye said I went over to but no charges and truck was in exact same shape and no cleaning fee. Completely upset with being charged with zero communication from PACA. I would never use them or rent from them again. I feel taken advantage of.

U-Haul the company did not have the equipment I needed when my reservation was confirmed. And then spoke to people in customer service and management and there is nothing they can do for me. Very upsetting.

The girl behind the counter did evening she could. Your software is slower than hell. And the item drop off called in the middle of the move to tell me he couldn't take the truck.
