When we picked up the rental truck it hadn't been cleaned yet we got very lucky that we were able to get the size that we needed regardless of it being cleaned there was some confusion about how many days exactly we had it however both staff members that I interacted with were super awesome and amazing and very nice. I will say that upper management should probably slow down and listen to their employees because when I return the rental truck the system was being weird it wasn't accepting it and then my card kept declining and we couldn't figure out why and when we called the regional manager's office for their store the lady just kept talking and talking and she would not listen to the employee that was trying to help me who had some very valid concerns she kept talking so quickly and so fast that even I could hear what she was saying one and two there was no coaching at all it was very this is what you need to do and this is how you do it without actually walking the employee through the process which made me feel really bad for the employee because she is new and she is so sweet and kind and amazing.

The app is difficult to use for picking up a truck, I honestly couldn't figure it out. Luckily I was picking up close to regular business hours, and a friendly associate assisted me in person. Check in o the truck on the app was easier

BRIAN PThe agent at this location did everything beautifully. There are some things that you haul could do to fix the data in their system. For the destination location it was not the closest to my new home. Also the location in Florence had the wrong phone number with what u haul gave me. So I had to do my own research to find they're correct phone number and then I ended up going elsewhere because another place was much closer anyway.
RICHARD PMobile App for off hour pick up was a little confusing.
