The onsite manager for the PACA Storage U-Haul location, Kim, was an absolute sweetheart and really easy to work with! She was very helpful, kind, friendly, professional, patient, flexible, and understanding. In addition, the moving van itself was so very enjoyable to drive! The rear cargo area is really spacious, and its interior height is very tall, so standing up fully and walking around inside of it was no issue at all. The van was incredibly clean at pick-up, as well. And it’s also brand new, in excellent condition, and drives really smooth and comfortably (similar to a large SUV or a large pickup truck). Plus, it has a rear backup camera and large side mirrors that are able to fold in with the push of a button, so those two features made parking and backing into parking spaces very easy to do and hassle-free. I had an overall Fantastic rental experience, appreciated the ease of being able to extend my rental period either by phone or via the app, and Highly recommend this specific U-Haul rental location!

The truck was in need of service; the brakes were making a lot of noise, and the EBS warning light remained on constantly.

James LWhen we picked up the rental truck it hadn't been cleaned yet we got very lucky that we were able to get the size that we needed regardless of it being cleaned there was some confusion about how many days exactly we had it however both staff members that I interacted with were super awesome and amazing and very nice. I will say that upper management should probably slow down and listen to their employees because when I return the rental truck the system was being weird it wasn't accepting it and then my card kept declining and we couldn't figure out why and when we called the regional manager's office for their store the lady just kept talking and talking and she would not listen to the employee that was trying to help me who had some very valid concerns she kept talking so quickly and so fast that even I could hear what she was saying one and two there was no coaching at all it was very this is what you need to do and this is how you do it without actually walking the employee through the process which made me feel really bad for the employee because she is new and she is so sweet and kind and amazing.
