Victoria BI can not tell you how much i despise your company after this. This was a nightmare to check in. The app didn't work, every time I reset it I had to change a time to get my keys. We were in the hood with crackheads screaming at us across the street. All of this while a crew of 10 volunteers waited over 2 hours for us so we could bring hurricane supplies back to Lake Lure. It was an absolutely awful experience and I will pay more money to go out of my way than ever give you money. Check the twitter videos I left on your page. disgrace!!!!!!!!

Bryan BBe careful if using self pickup/drop off as their cell reception is horrible. Used the locations guest WiFi but it took 30 minutes to drop off!

MICHAEL CIt was questionable whether or not I was going to be able to leave with a loaded truck and Auto Hauler. The auto hauler was there but my car was not on it. Fortunately for me the manager was still on site to load my car. Had he not been there the person who made the arrangements was not capable of helping me load the car. And there was no one there the rest of the day. Also, the gas level was marked incorrectly. The gauge read between 1/2 and 3/4 but the sheet was marked 3/4 of a tank. I received a call from a U-Haul representative named Steven (or Stephen) who told me he would make it read at 1/2 tank and add 100 miles. He told me these changes wewre going in my rentals records, i.e. to follow my trip. More on that below.
