This was 4th and 5th piece of equipment drop at this location in approx 2 weeks. When dropping equipment, I was confronted by an unidentified female who chastised me for not completing an online return. When I attempted to explain to her that I had no phone service in the area, she became obviousley irritated an informed me that she told me it had to be an online return... When I attempted to discuss the convience fee associated with having U-Haul representation complete the check-in in the morning when they opened, she basically became totally angry and informed me that she TOLD ME it had to be checked in online and my time would coninue ill I completed the online check-in. Not only was the tone, vernacular, and attitude of this women unprofessional and confrontational, she clearly was unaware of informtion written in the rental agreement, and proceeded to attempt to impose her opinion an instructions on me. She had no concern for customer service, no desire to assist me, only a belief that she could contradict the terms of the rental agreement and impose her will upon me. As a customer that had with in a two week period spent close to $2000 with U-Haul I expect better treatment. H*aving over 30 years in management if yhis lady worked or me I'd hav fired her on the spot.... Totally unacceptable...

I want even recommend U-Haul to anyone!!! I had a p/u scheduled for a car transporter at riverside and 41 to get a call 4 hours before p/u only to tell me they didn’t have anything available then I had a p/u at pt6 for a car dolly got a call 1 hour before pick up telling me I was going to have to go to a location further away then I was told I could get a car transporter at pt6 for the price of the dolly well that didn’t work out either got charged more than I was originally quoted for a car transporter.Then it took over a hour for the lady to figure out what she was doing very poor and unacceptable business ethics I’ve rented from U-Haul 7 times this year already and might not be a lot but myself or anyone else deserve better services I will be giving all my business to Penske from now on
Philip WI was asked if I wanted any add-ons. I said no. My insurance covers this. I then discovered that insurance had been added without my permission. That is not right and therefore raises questions. For that reason, I would not recommend this place. That should have been discussed.

MARK LThere was a giant pet snake left in the Uhaul trailer I rented!!!! It tried to attack me when I opened the doors of the trailer when I got to my destination. I had a stranger help me get it out due to my crippling fear of snakes. Once the snake was out of the back of the trailer it crawled back underneath and attached itself to the bottom of the trailer. I took it back to this location and was told to take it to the main uhaul location. I did that and they refused to help me or provide me with a replacement trailer! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FURIOUS!!!

JOHN RCheck in was online and I wasn't sure if I was going to be charged extra time. I was told at the drop off to just drop it. When I got home, it said to take a picture of it when I dropped it. A little late then.

JEANTEAU OThe trailer was NOT properly attached to my vehicle and fell off the ball about a mile down the road, putting myself, my 2 year old, and others on the road in grave danger! Luckily the safety chains caught it and didn’t damage the trailer or my vehicle! THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED! I’m truly surprised I was even still charged for my rental after this incident! NOT THE BEST SERVICE BY UHAUL!
Travis TThe guy could barely speak English the tow dolly was missing a tow hook luck I carry thing like that or it would had been unsafe but at least I got my vechile home . Did you get things finalized I haven't seen a charge on my credit card.
AVI SI waited 15 minutes for someone to come to desk. Finally called the phone number provided and let it ring 15 to 20 times before it was answered. Wait was totally unacceptable. As far as the trailer, it was clean and ready once the attendant appeared.

Wanted to make sure it went through, when she was told by her boss on the phone it had and I also had proof. Also, it was no fault of the property but my pick up time lasted 2 hours and it should have been much easier
