The trailer had been used to transport an equipment type that left a chemical on the floor and a very strong chemical smell in the trailer. We had to clean it before using it to not ruin items transported. The trailer must have a water leak as it had water rush out when door was opened and it had rained earlier before pick up. Luckily it was dry outside while transporting.

Chyane MThe guy working the counter told me the app was my job everything is paperless. We hired someone to drive the Uhaul and bring our belongings to us.. They did not have the app nor did I think they needed it. I had difficulties returning because I did not take pictures of the mileage, gas gauge before leaving with the box truck. I feel like customer service could be greatly improved by making it personal.. We paid for the service and the use of the equipment, this company wants the customer to do all the work themselves this is not service. Service is speaking to someone to rent, and return your rental. Not get on a app, do all the work yourself and just hand over the money.. BRING BACK CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE, get rid of I’m sending you a link to do everything yourself..
