No one was there to help us and we waited like an hour in the parking lot for them to call us back with the details... They definitely need a person on site and better management of the property....

My experience was very disappointing. All of the equipment I reserved was not available at the same location, which caused delays and threw me off schedule. When I arrived to pick up the truck at the Pio Nono address, no one was present at the location, even though I was assured someone would be there at the time of my reservation. Additionally, the wiring connections were malfunctioning, causing the turn signals to stop working about halfway to my destination. The check engine light also came on during the trip, raising concerns about the vehicle’s reliability. Due to the multiple issues and inconveniences endured, partial reimbursement would be appreciated.

Terrible customer service Rep. You don’t believe in accommodating your customers even when it’s your company’s fault , from reservations at non existent locations to locations with no one there . My experience was terrible

I made the reservation online , I went to the pick up location at the scheduled time; they advised they did not have the trailer. The gentleman also said he doesn’t inventory trailers but U-Haul shows them on website. I then called U-Haul for an alternative pick up site; I was sent to Eisenhower Rd location, when I got there no one was there. I called the handwritten number on the door and he said that location was closed, directing me to a third location. I arrived at the third location and no one was there to help me attach the trailer. The trailer is heavy but I managed to attach it by myself. Overall not a pleasant experience.

The agent lied about my refund I never saw him in person everything was done over the phone and it’s been hours I still haven’t received my refund
