THE LOCATION FOR ONE IT LOOKS LIKE GARBAGE THEN THE TRUCK LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE WAS SMOKING IN IT CIGARETTES BUTTS AND EVERYTHING THE AREA MANGER NEEDS TO VISIT THESE LOCAL DEALERS MORE OFTEN!!!!!
Jaquavis WLocation is in a parking lot of a derelict building with broken windows and a couple of U-Hails on the lot. This location is also in a very unsafe part of town. I called the number written on a piece of paper stuck to the side of the building and while calling that number, another number tested me. The whole exchange happened via text and I had no face to face interaction. Until I started to receive emails and other texts from the U-Haul domain and the number that my original reservation was set up with that I actually trusted whom I was talking to.
robert cI've used this location twice because it is close to my home and there is less traffic out front to contend with. On the negative side, it is unattended, so you should know how to hook-up a trailer and how to backup. The check-in process is painless. Take a photo of the hook-up and text it to the number provided. Also, there was broken glass and nails in the parking lot each time I was there. Overall, I'd use this location again as needed.
