Trailer was not equipped with a jack to raise the tongue. Quite heavy on a 6 X 12 tandem trailer. Other locations have jacks under the tongues. Had to replace 2 tires during the trip. Over a 3 hour wait for the first roadside assistance to show up.

JONI NBusiness was closed. Would have chosen N/A for some questions. It would have been nice to have a posted notice of where/which direction to park larger vehicles and equipment.
Edward CPickup was quick & return was easy. Online tool works well...just make sure to have location services on in your phone settings
Merrick MHave the business be open at our scheduled pick up time. We had trouble opening the key lock box, and the number we called for assistance did not answer after repeated calls. Quite frustrating

JOHN RYou have to have a smart phone to check in your returned equipment because there were no personnel on site, and limited parking for equipment as well.
Tracy WHad 2 different people help us. We were charged for a return mileage and they refused to credit us. The first person we discussed the drop off location. So he knew we were returning to that location. Then the day we picked up the gal also knew we were not returning the truck it would be dropped at the destination. Which we did then the guy calls and said you should have paid me at the drop off location bc they charged you mileage for a return trip. We lost a few hundred bucks and we got tired of arguing with the gal at the home location. Uhaul get your s___ straight.

Cheri BWe did not receive the two 26 foot trucks were ordered. We got a 20 and a 15 so we had to move furniture into my sister's home for space. Problem #2 was we were asked to bring the truck back 19 hours early for another client. We hurried to unload it and get it down there to help someone else. We were told to give the key over and we said not until our contract was updated to show we weren't under contract for that truck any longer. The manager yelled at us on the phone. Then when we called into customer service we were told they were charging us over $800 for a day and half use of the trucks. That was corrected by customer service, but I'm shocked we didn't receive any discount or apology for the mess of a move we had. I work in customer service so I understand things happen, but this was the worst experience possible. Having to move things twice instead of once and being told by the manager that that wasn't an inconvenience to us.

Larry ROnly needed for Saturday, but was not able to get the truck until 10: 00 Saturday morning because of store hours? I asked if I could pick up the keys Friday before close, but still had to pay for two day rental. There is another Uhaul location in this area and will recommend that one to others, hoping that location might be more accommodating to the customer needs.

Lyle BGot my equipment late because owner didnt show up for work, and left it for his employee, who was stressed out about having to unexpectedly come in to work.

NICOLE HI reserved a 6 by 12 foot enclosed trailer last evening with a confirmation number. When I got to the site they only had a 5 by 8 available and I was unable to transfer everything I wanted to. This means another trip on another day. Very disappointing!

Chris BIn pulling this trailer out of the lot after clerk's inspection, I had to maneuver because of some street maintenance. Upon coming back after the load, I had to pull in for inspection again and turning the dumb thing around with a uhaul truck parked in the way and a fire hydrant was a real chore. The clerk was rude.
Belinda VThey wrote the fuel in tank was almost half when it was exactly at 1/4 of a tank I took picture, The inside was not clean & swept out, I didn't get paperwork when I picked up. & very slow to check back in. Was suppose to give me credit, which I don't know because I have not recieved my final bill.
alice bCurrently, I am trying to resolve a billing mistake for my rental. I rented a trailer for a 24 hour period. I returned it before the deadline, and my invoice shows that it was checked back in at the office until after the deadline. Thus, my bill is twice the amount it should be, and it is taking time to resolve. I returned this trailer at 8:15 a.m. well before the deadline. Can you please help resolve this and credit my account? Thanks.

RICH SUhaul mattress bags are about as worthless as it gets.
Michael PI’ve used this location to drop off Uhaul rental units a number of times and I’ve always come away from it with the same impressions: lazy counter person (the same person every time), no help to drop off the unit and just generally unpleasant

Sadonya SThe app wasn’t operational for mobile pickup or return. I then received a email that our truck wasn’t returned . When I questioned it I was told to go look myself for the key because the truck or the key wasn’t there . In the end they mixed up and gave the uhaul to another customer before completing the return . No apologies on assuming we didn’t return it though they did admit it was their fault
