The guy running this place is amazing. Just the friendliest, most helpful dude ever. So completely chill, instantly set me at ease, and went out of his way to explain everything, and was patient with my questions. Can't say enough good things about him; I'd go out of my way to pick up from here, if I were still in Yankton. Of course, U-haul itself is terrible. The truck got around 9mi to the gallon, and you can't do a check-in online, because U-haul pushes it's app, which uses mobile data, which I don't have. You'd think there'd at least be a courtesy wifi or something... But, thankfully, the guy here took care of me, so again, made it a wonderful experience. Always so nice to be surprised by folks!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI think it's BS that I was charged for 3 rental periods when the only reason I picked the trailer up when I did was because the location closes in the middle of the afternoon. I returned it in 2 useful periods, as I wouldn't have even picked it up before Friday evening if the place wasn't going to close.
Merrick MThis location was supposed to be open until 11 AM to drop off. I was there at 10:30 or so and the location was closed (thus why I answered no to whether the personnel were helpful as no personnel were present). There was a QR code on the door to download the app and report my drop off and that did not work either for some reason. FYI only.
Abraham SHow about being open more than just 2 hours on a Saturday? The app was not easy to use, the QR code to connect to it did not work. It took over an hour to actually drop the trailer because of all the problems with the app and the location.
