I had a U-Haul gift certificate to pay for my one way rental. The lady at the desk had to right away in form me that she is not affiliated with u-haul at that store and they do not take or accept gift certificates from u-haul cause they are like cash. She said that office building does not accept cash payments. But we bought a padlock and paid $11 in cash to her for the padlock. She lied. So I had to call u-haul to have them walk her through which she gave push back to Mike on the phone after I talked to him about what was going on and she finally took the gift certificate. She was rude and not polite. I have never seen a u-haul place so anti -customer experience.

Colleen TI rented a 6x12 tandem axle trailer. The check out was smooth and the trailer was in good working condition. The only suggestion is access to a jack to lift the trailer onto the truck hitch. It was very heavy to lift by hand.
