Great customer service
Coenraad KThe steps needed when you get the confirmed reservation are confusing and unclear. It gives a link for online check-in. I took that to mean you do this when you get the trailer. Doing that screwed up the whole experience and not long after, I got an email accusing me of stealing the trailer. It might be better on the reservation to have a link that tells you to do it when you check out the trailer. This makes much more sense. This experience ruined the whole day and took an hour out of my move time. It was so frustrating on a hot and humid day. A rep was able to help me straighten it out. I do recommend that you make your confirmation emails more clear with steps that make sense.
