Jorge RGetting help from customer service while the store was closed was like pulling teeth. Upon arrival to pick up the rental truck, I noticed the engine light was on and called UHaul to report out on my findings prior to utilizing the vehicle. I needed to know next steps from UHaul, such as whether the vehicle is safe to drive or whether UHaul would assign an alternate vehicle. The customer service team did attempt to understand the issue or the needs of the customer. The matter was not resolved upon first call and because of the lack of effective customer service skills it caused a delay for the customer’s use of the UHaul service. The agent cut me off while speaking and misdirected my call before listening to the customer inquiry in its entirety. Aside from the scheduling department having amazing customer service skills and providing reassurance and education to the customer - informing the customer the truck could be driven, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with UHaul.

CARLENE SI was extremely unhappy with my whole experience using 25/7 Share. The app did work, Live verify took an exorbitant amount of time, and despite being 45 minutes early to pick up and seeing the van in the lot the whole time, I was late due to the extremely inefficient check process. Everything from the app, live chat, customer service and website were subpar and we're a burden. You need serious IT help!
Ilana MService was good. A little slow perhaps. Never hot told thr truck was BEHIND all the shops and not out front like the rest of the vehicles ... Vehicle ran great. But was not clean inside or oiut. - ESPECIALLY thr lle front windshield which was sp fogged over with film I could hardly see out of it.
JEFF MThe store called me to get the truck a day earlier because they were overbooked in the morning. I was unaware I would be charged an extra day. When I got to the store, the equipment I ordered (Dolly x 2 and blankets) were not in the truck and the employee did not offer any assistance to place in the truck, just told me to park in front of the store and do it myself even though I was wearing shirt and tie. I’m deeply disappointed with the lack of customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Judy BThe staff at this location are always excellent, friendly, and efficient. The van we had reserved was almost new and in great condition, with a full tank of gas. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location for truck rentals.

louis jThe mobile pick up is not very mobile and the order for the steps makes not sense. I had to go find the truck, drove to the back of the store, confirm I found it, then drive all the way back to the store to go inside. The mobile check in process is long and cut into our scheduled time. The drop off process is just as lengthy, but is easier.

Todd CI made a reservation, but didn’t receive a confirmation so when I went to pick up the truck, it wasn’t available which I understand. However, I was told I would receive a follow up regarding when a truck was returned. I received no follow up and called the next day only to find out my reservation was canceled. Luckily, the representative was nice enough to make another reservation for a truck that was returned the previous day. But had I not called, I may have been stuck without a truck again. I also received the truck with an empty gas tank. Very poor customer service.

Patricia AYour price offer is misleading. At the end, one ends paying between 70 and 100 dollars. I chose to get the insureance and I drove 40-45 miles. The mile rate cahnges from $0.69 to $0.79 (weekend rate). That is a machine (van/truck) it careless if it is xmas or thanksgiving.... You promote the $19.95 per day... but it is only an eye catcher to involve the customer in a contract where end up paying 4-5 times the advertised price.
Sergio EI was charged $10 for a dolly but you didn’t have one available. I was told they were all rented.
Byron CI didn’t realize that check out has to be done by the customer. Check out was done online and all the pictures taken and sent. Most importantly, no major problems or injuries during the move. Everything was nice and straightforward.

kena gTruck was smaller but I got charged the same price as a bigger one (9ft vs 11ft). That meant longer time, more trips, more miles, higher cost. No ramp to load and unload. Never renting from here again

Miguel BYou guys changed the pickup location at the last minute, and the place closed at 4:20ish and we got there at 4:25. So we had no truck and had to go someplace else to get it. The owner was in the store, but wouldn't work with us.
