FRANCES JWas missing the appliance dolly. I called and left an urgent waited for the store to open - never heard back. This caused so many issues with our move that large couches and a dresser were unable to be moved. I would have expected some kind of credit for this as it ended costing us more than this rental to get the heavy furniture moved the next day.
