They didn’t have the dollie I requested and I don’t get my receipt until 4 days later.

Patrice SHave the vehicle park on concrete instead of dirt and leaves. It is hard to get in and out of vehicle without leaving debris. Was charged additional for which I have no idea what it was for.
Jamie GThe truck was filthy when I picked it up. Someone had obviously smoked in it because they were ashes on the windowsill. The right rear tire was extremely low on air, and the check engine light was on. Not what I’m used to when renting from U-Haul. I use the mobile pick up and drop off for this unit. I cannot comment on the location as I did not realize anything other than the parking lot

JAMAL HI signed up for a 10’ truck and moving blankets and an appliance dolly. I hired 2 workers. When I went to pick up the truck I was informed that this location has NEVER had blankets and They don’t have appliance dolly’s either! The agent never even tried to call another store to find a dolly for me…. I had to drive around to other uhaul stores to find one! Stress I did not need.

JESSICA COriginally, there were no trucks available for my reservation. The assigned truck was from another reservation that didn't show. The representative was very nice and willing to help to fix the mistake done with the reservation.

Jeffrey KHave the furniture pads in the truck and The Dolley that was paid for. Make sure the truck is clean and doesn’t have spilled coffee and dog stains in it. Also make sure the truck is maintained and working properly.

Mohamed TI chose to have share 24/7 on during pick up which entails a code to get to the key, upon arrival my account was not presented with a code or acceptable means to acquiring the key. I spent 40 minutes with an associate online to figure it out, ultimately the client we were moving for wanted a discount because of us being late. This is not the first time it’s happened and as a person who uses uhaul daily for our jobs, this is extremely frustrating having to lose money on jobs because of things of this nature. Uhaul as of late has been becoming extremely unreliable.
Seyha VI was initially scheduled to pick up from a different location but was never informed that my pick-up spot changed. So when I went to receive the truck it wasn't at the location I was told and I was made to drive around and find a location with the truck, even though I had reserved one a month in advance.
Danielle BLot was dark and dirty with several fall obstacles. The vehicle was dirty, uhauls website refused to allow me to send them pictures. Trying to scam for additional charges including gas and late fees I do not owe. Big tip off I would not recommend them ever.

William GI would NEVER recommend this location ESPECIALLY to a female alone. The trunk door was left open and the truck was parked in the middle of nowhere. There were no signs anywhere and I had issues picking up the truck at 7:00am (even though I started the rental process at 6:50am). In the freezing cold I had to call the help-line and even the person (I spoke with two) was not able to help me. After about 15 minutes she got it figured out.
Mark SI was sent here because my inital reservation was canceled, they didn't have my 26 ft truck that I reserved two weeks before. So I had to drive all the way to Tucker to pick up a much smaller truck. I had to leave items behind because of this. Also I was charged the same amount as the 26 ft truck when I got a 20 ft, which isn't right. I will probably never use uhaul again.
Crystal KIf I could give less than 1 star for this experience, I would. This was not only the worst U-Haul experience I've ever had...it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, PERIOD. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the office was locked, despite being well within the hours of operation. No sign indicating when they'd be back, nothing. Calls were not even forwarded to anyone - I called the office several times, and could hear it ringing inside, but no one ever picked up. FORTY FIVE MINUTES LATER, the office manager showed up. I was obviously annoyed by this point, but she made no apologies, in fact blamed myself for her not being in the office - if there are no customers there, she had the right to leave anytime she wanted, she told me. She even threatened to cancel my reservation because she didn't like the fact that I was annoyed with her lack of professionalism. When I finally got the key from her and mercifully left the building, she waited a few moments until I was far away from the door....then she had the gall to come outside, yell at me, and slam the door behind her. Her exact words were "you're still missing some items for your rental; good luck getting them now!" Oh my goodness. I was so livid. This office needs to have their U-Haul license revoked and that woman needs to be fired. STAY AWAY!!!!

Andrew WThis location isn't conducive for the full uhaul experience. I appreciate the convenience of the location but it's another business and uhaul on the side so uhaul doesn't seem to be the priority. The rep was friendly but she was unable to stop what she was doing to check in my rental.

carol pThis was a smaller operation than I have used before so I didn't know what to expect when I walked in. By the time I left I was extraordinarily impressed with the operation. The young lady that I dealt with, Larissa, seemed to be the owner/operator - and if she's not, she should be. Professional presentation of herself and uhaul services, treated me and my family member with respect and courtesy, processed me in less than 5 minutes on the paperwork side and about the same with the truck, equipment had been checked and readied with all ordered accessories in anticipation of and prior to my arrival. It is a RARE instance that I take the time to write any sort of feedback or review, but this young lady deserves a tremendous amount of credit for doing the job right. She has my future business in the area and my recommendation to anyone that requires her services. Thanks for making a tough task as easy as possible.
