The location is great. But the app for pickup is frustrating. My advice would be to pickup when they are open.

As noted in my contact, this was Mt drip off location. When I returned the equipment 2 days early, we were told to take it to another location. I explained that I had a doctor's appointment and wasn't able to do that and was informed that it wasn't their problem. They said that they were full and didn't have room and they wouldn't except it. I in return said that wasn't my problem and that my contract was to return it to that location and was threatened with law enforcement if I left it there. I did in fact leave it there and contacted uhaul to file a complaint against this place. I would appreciate it if your people was trained better and didn't threaten me when I am doing what my contract directs me to do.

In-person customer service was great!
The U-Haul app for drop off is terrible! Had I known that it would turn into a full-on photo session and take 20+ minutes to drop a stupid truck off, I would have waited until they were open and dropped off in person.
