Trying to check in was extremely painful. There were systems problems and delays. It took me 90 minutes to obtain the trailer.

Saul HI have a dispoint with uhaul directly because at last min. Less than 24 hours before they changed the address where I picked up the truck. The distance was far in comparation of the one I chooseed. That produced more expenses in the miles. Including e@tra time to picked up and to returned. About the place where they gave me the truck I didn't have any inconvenient everyone was friendly and attended me so good.

Silvia aEverything went fine except that I reserved a 15 ft truck at this location but they called less than 24 hours prior to my move to tell me they did not have one. But they had alternate locations that had 20 footers that they could upgrade me to for no charge. So I went to pacoima and picked up a 20-footer. Tire pros were very good very quick had all my information and I just signed a few papers and off we went. The entire move went smoothly the truck worked very nicely and they drop off went very easy. So just a little hiccup that wasn't that big of a problem to me and I thought you guys or U-Haul did very well. I would recommend it to another person. My experience was very good in my opinion. And it was very cost effective as well. Thank you

Jose Cthe straps on the trailer were short. it looked as if someone previously let them loose and ran over a piece and it tore off. Also since that piece ripped off it was fuzzy and extremely difficult to put inside the ratchet to secure the vehicle. On the other hand the location is very clean and easy to access people are very friendly and explain everything well. Always making sure safety comes first.
