There was never a person who picked up the phone when I called this location. The voicemail box was always full. When I checked in using the app the day I picked up the truck, the truck number given on the app did not match the truck number given on the key in the lock box. Then I could not get the steering wheel of the truck out of the locked position. There was no one at this location to help. I called and got the same â€œmailbox is fullâ€ so I called the UHaul 800 number and was on hold for about ten minutes when I finally hung up. (This location is in a business park, behind buildings, remote and I was alone. I felt somewhat unsafe.). I called the location number again and got through to a person at their painting business. I explained that I couldn't get the truck to start and I was having a difficult time getting the lock open on the back door of the truck to check to make sure the pads and hand trucks were there. They said no one would be at the location for another hour. I kept trying to get the steering wheel unlocked to get the truck to start and couldn't. I did manage to get the lock on the back door open after several tries. I called the location again, they said they would send someone. I finally asked a man walking across the parking lot to get the wheel unlocked and I was able to finally leave. The truck was filthy inside. When I went to return the truck, I used the link in the text message I got from UHaul to try and check in the truck. It took me to the order page but no where was there a link to check in the truck to show I returned it to avoid the $20 charge. I asked the man there at Paco Painting and was told he had no idea, he never used the app. I asked to be checked in manually and for a receipt so I could check the charges, and he seemed annoyed. It was overall, not a great experience and a bit scary at that location.Laura B.

I registered online before picking up a trailer. Once there, I called and asked if I had to come in. They said yes, even though I did it on line. I was frustrated and upon entering the facility, the person that checked me in had is mask underneath his chin. He was the person that I spoke to on the phone and checked me in. Nonetheless, he gave me a receipt and I didn't have to sign it. Why was I told to come in to sign contract even though I told him that I completed everything on line. I kept my posse and left unclear why I needed to come in during a pandemic and interact with a person that was not wearing his mask .Raymond M.

Location was convenient and available of trucks was good. However, the service from the stuff was slightly disappointing. Representative wasn't very friendly nor seemed to be wanting to be bothered. Overall the experience of renting a truck through Pacos Paint was very good. The trucks on the lot all looked clean and the one we got drove very smoothly. If I ever need to rent another truck, I would probably go a little out of my way to rent from Pacos Paint again because I would feel confident that the truck will be there and will be reliable..John P.
The whole process was easy and fast. It helps to preorder on line and then check in. When I arrived, I got set up with the trailer and we did the test. I was going to end up returning after hours so the process was explained. I figured out the online check in on return when I brought the trailer back so make sure to do that if you do after hours returns!Aramis C.

Picking up truck via mobile-only quickly, and staying outside was not possible as hoped for. The site did not have a key setup in outside lockbox. The site said the completed order did not come in to them from the outside. So I had to go inside, and I had to wait in line. Also, the mobile app made me upload my drivers license image twice.
