This review is actually for corporate (whose software interface (repeated, repeated, repeated ad nauseam error messages) did everything it could to make me want to cancel) and location. A number of links on trailer's safety chain were significantly rusted/eroded. As the drop off individual stated, "If you had needed the chain, it would have snapped." Will follow up with picture through contact form. Drop off attendant can confirm as he was the one who noticed the safety issue. Trailer door was not aligned to the trailer, requiring significant twisting to get door to latch. Trash inside trailer.

Truck drop off was another good experience. The process has been simplified and only took a few minutes. I'll be going back to Paco's to rent equipment for another effort I have coming up soon.
