I rent alot of trucks from you guys over the last 10 years for shipping. This location is one of the best I have been to. I had come across some very rude agents before . I am glad to see that customer service still exists.

My equipment rental for an enclosed 4x6 trailer was excellent. Carlos was very professional and helpful. This is how every UHual experience should be, smooth easy transition. I highly recommend using this location for your needs. I will definitely come back to this exact location for any future U-haul needs. Shawn

This facility was closed on Sunday when I was scheduled to return the trailer, I called and left a message an hour before returning the trailer as requested. Since they were closed, I just left the trailer in their lot and tool some pics to document the return. They processed the return Monday when they opened, I was charged for an extra day which does not seem fair.

Couple things I'll like to add related to latest reviews. This guys will never try to over charge not body. I'm sure that the issue with 3000 miles could be either a mistake or confusion, but never a fraud. The other one with card charged twice, we have to understand that when we pick up equipments they put a hold base in a standard amount of miles, but absually charges will come till equipment is returned and they absually know how many miles we have done. The guys always there, probably the not human contact was one way rental and the issue was at the other end. I been dealing with Carlos and Pacos Paint for the last 15 and some years and this guys are honest, trusted and sincere. I'll recommend them to any body in need of their services.

Horrible. They charged me for 3000 miles while I had only 50 miles. It is impossible to make 3000 miles in 8 hours with truck max speed 50ml/hour. Total fraud. I requested refund immediately

The location needs better instructions on how to get there, as a special note..because GPS takes you to an older location that they’ve moved from over 5 months ago..CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO NEEDS TO GET BETTER WHEN BOOKING THROUGH U-HAUL OVER THE. PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE..I ASKED FOR A 24HR BOOKING,THE AGENT BOOKED ME FOR 4HRS WHICH CREATED A HUGE PROBLEM BECAUSE THE VEHICLE I REQUESTED WAS’NT AVAILABLE FOR 24HRS BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL BOOKED OUT!! NOT TO MENTION THE 1st LOCATION THEY SENT ME TO, DIDN’T HAVE THE 9” CARGO VAN AVAILABLE EITHER .. WHICH WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND LYFT RIDE TO THAT LOCATION.I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE ON THE PHONE OPERATOR WHO BOOKED MY RENTAL.

This guy went out of his way on a Sunday to check me in. So accommodating! He explained about the trailer, tested my lights and got me a replacement adapter of which my trucks adapter was defective. I will use Uhaul every time. Thank you!!
