MATTHEW GThe two women that work there, Edith and Mona, were very rude and condescending! They were also using foul language, specifically the word “Fucking” when speaking to each other in front of me! I found this to be both very disrespectful and rude and I will not rent from there again! Nor will I ever recommend this location for Uhaul and whatever other services they provide! I could not believe the way they were conducting themselves with such foul behavior. And they were both giving me attitude and misguided direction on where and how to park our vehicle when we first arrived at this location. There was a man by the name of Luis whom was very kind and nice to us so for him we were thankful and thanked him for his kindness! As for the other two women, they need to be shown and taught hire to respect customers and provide good customer service! Horrible experience with those two!
ADRIENNE LMake sure the phone number in the reservation confirmation is actually the phone number to the location where the customer is picking up their equipment. And not the number of a call center or off site U-Haul location.And require that the company renting the equipment strap and secure customers vehicle on the transport trailer. Requiring customer to drive vehicle onto the trailer is reasonable.
BRIAN KI didn’t use there truck for no more than 25 miles and they still charge me around 200 $ . Truck wasn’t clean and still got charged for it . Truck had 1/4 of gas not even half a tank .. had to go filled up before moving my stuff

SHAWN CThe day before our scheduled drop off I was contacted by U haul that they were changing drop off location AGAIN! Representative said this was only 2 min away from original scheduled location and we could drop off any time as you just use the return instructions on the app. Well when we got to this location which was only marked with a 2 x 2 foot sign stuck in the ground saying "U Haul returns here" unlit (pitch black night) with a locked chain link fence. A sign on the chain link fence reads "U-Haul customers do not leave vehicles or equipment here this is private property". We were so frustrated and called U Haul and rep said just leave it there along fence. Then a guy comes out of locked gate and tells us we cannot leave it there and we need to go to some dirt lot across the street . We said no we are leaving here as instructed and this guy got all upset but we left it there and by the way backing into this place along a highway with a trailer was a bit scary. ALL in all A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING U-HAUL TO ANYONE AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!
Lynn LThere are signs on the gate that say DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY PRIVATE PROPERTY. Then there is another sign that says DROP OFF LOCATION with an arrow pointing to their lot and a drop box for keys. The address on my contract was correct fpr the property but the Gate was closed and locked at 7:30am (My drop off time). I honked the horn and no response, So I called the number on my contract again no response. Since I have other appointments, I left the trailer in their driveway off to the side as far as I could and left it there. I then took pics and called U-Haul to let them know what I did. Again, when I rent a trailer and I say I want a round trip to return the trailer, I expect to return it to the place I rented it from. I do not expect to return it to another location like this and out of my way. I am not in the business of delivering U-Haul trailers to the locations U-Haul needs them. That is not my job. Paisano Tire isn't representing U-Haul Trailers and its customers very nice. I did not appreciate what I was forced to do (especailly backing a trailer from a very busy street holding up traffic) when I couldnt deliver the trailer on the property but on a drive way with a locked gate at 7:50am. I was forced into a dangerous position. NOT TOO BRIGHT !!
MAX GPicke up unit dirty and when I returned after an hour of used they charge me to clean it this servince is trash I will never use U-Haul again and will burn you in social media. U-Haul is trash
HEDER RYou need to have your vehicles coming out of this location serviced. I have rented your u-haul vehicles in the past many, many times and this was the first time the vehicle I rented was falling apart. The wheel bearings were howling going down the road and the pitman arm had recently been replaced but incorrectly, it had to be off by a tooth or 2, which was causing it to wander back and forth in the lane. I know these things because I am a mechanic by trade and have worked with the army as such. When calling in to inform them of the situation I was having with the truck I was told the truck was fine and no one else complained about it. That I had 2 options, 1. I could call roadside assistance and they would come check the truck, if the condition was accurate they would red tag it and take it but they couldn’t guarantee I would get a replacement truck or 2. I could try to finish using the truck for the job I had rented it for and hope it would be fine. I had already been loading stuff in the truck so it wasn’t empty and I was under a time frame to have things moved. I chose to try and make it work. When renting a moving truck no one should ever have to be put through a situation like this. It was very unprofessional and wrong.
Sandra WThey did not have my appliance dolly in the truck. The location was changed the afternoon prior to pickup to this location. When i called uhaul they said I could drive to another location and pick one up. Because I really would want to waste more gas and add more unnecessary miles and then pay an overage. My return destination was changed also and made me drive much further, more gas that i had to pay for, not to mention more gas for the follow vehicle. Not a fan.
Christopher MDon't charge for fuel when the truck is returned with the same exact amount of fuel as it had when picked up. I have never used a Uhaul pick up contractor and expected the same cleanliness of facility as I am used to at the verified Uhaul store. But the equipment was very nice in decent condition.
Connie CWhen I reserved the U-Haul truck, I gave them the number of days I was going to rent, I returned the 10' truck early and requested a refund for the days not used. They kept my money and refused me. No damage, the truck had MORE gas than it did when I picked it up. It was not cool and unprofessional how they kept asking me to call customer service only to be given the run around repeatedly. I do NOT advise using this company for future moves. My employer also wanted me to use U-Haul for a corporate office move, however, after hearing about my experience, they went with another company.

alex eI wish the same effort to inspect the truck happened when it was returned was the same when I picked it up. No one helped me with inspecting the car when I picked it up. However when I returned the car I wasn’t greeted or anything. They just inspected the truck and pointed out a scratch right away that I wasn’t responsible for. I can’t prove I didn’t put the dent in the truck but I thought it was pretty weird they pointed it out right away. The truck was already dirty on the outside and the inside. I got the damage waiver fee and I’m being charged extra. Not sure why. Better customer service when it’s picked up and dropped off next time.

MIGUEL DUpon booking the website listed this as a 24 hour drop-off location, but when I came by late at night it looked sketchy and did not feel safe doing so. I came back the next morning and pulled into the dirt road driveway that is marked "uhaul drop off", but the gate was closed, so I had to get out of my car and open the gate to let myself in. Noone was in sight, and there was no office adjacent to the lot, and no signs directing how to check in so I proceeded to detach the hitch myself and once I had done so a man materialized and informed me that this was an after hours emergency drop off and there was noone to process my return and that I would not be able to receive a hard copy receipt, but one would be emailed to me. He got back into his car and drove off. I was concerned that without someone verifying the return that the trailer might be stolen or damaged or marked as late and that I would be held liable.

German GI’ve seen poor reviews for this location and I saw nothing to indicate poor or substandard service, Everybody I saw were fantastic and very professional, it was a very pleasant experience.
RICHARD QI returned the truck an hour early than my scheduled drop off and was told my rental would be still be the same rate. My rental was originally priced at $134.00 I checked my invoice and additional $50.00 was charged to the rental. The truck was returned clean and more fuel than picking up the truck. Lastly, my eyeglasses were left in the truck. I returned less than 5 minutes after dropping off the truck and I was informed by the staff my glasses with the glass case were no longer in the truck. It is believed my glasses were taken by the employees. Will not rent ever again from location.

SUSAN EThe trailer was in need of repairs. Had a marker light just taped onto trailer with electrical tape. Also it took them 5-10 minutes to actually hook trailer up since the trailer wouldn’t connect to the ball.

David RThe location was dirty and so was the truck rental. My husband and I read about five trucks a year. We have never had an issue with the cleanliness of the vehicles. We ignored it and continue to take it to use for the day. We ended up using an extra day. The truck was rented from a U-Haul at a tire shop. As soon as we got in the vehicle it said for us to air the tire on the left front side because the air was low. That is something that really should’ve been maintained by the location especially Since it was a tire shop. We also noticed that it said the driver side door was open. We opened and closed it several times hoping it would close properly but it did not the light remained on. We use it for what we needed to use it for and we returned it to the location. The woman at the location immediately said it was dirty and we would need to clean it.She handed me a broom and treated me like a paid employee. Once we swept out the inside which was already dirty when we picked it up, she Told me that I would need to clean the inside of the truck. She handed me a spray bottle, a rag, and a small hand broom. There was dust, grime and an excessive amount of pet hair under the seats and all over the Inside the vehicle. There was also an excessive amount of dust. I quickly wiped it off and she said it was not good enough. I told her that it was like that when we picked it up and I do not Have time to clean their truck anymore. She told me that I would get charged a $25 cleaning fee even though I spent around a half hour cleaning the mess of the person or people using the truck before me. If I do get charged a $25 cleaning fee, I will hold U-Haul responsible for the fraudulent charge.
