i was overcharged $74
Natalia LIt enough signs and instructions that it’s only a drop off in a drive not next to an actual office, which was 40 feet away. I passed it and had to back up. Signs didn’t say someone would show up. I’m guessing there were cameras. I walked around until someone finally showed up and how was I to know she worked for U-Haul? The lady was super friendly.
