the fact that a truck is at 2/3 of gas and then I put gas in the truck to get it back. then get a 6.38 fuel charge shows that your entire company is fraud. the way your company makes money is by a customer putting fuel back and then charging a fuel charge. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB over these fraudulent tactics. I will never rent anything from this company again. even if the customer puts gas in the uhaul give them a fuel charge to steal from customers. this company is absolutely 0 professional standards and filled with thieves.AARON T.

I rented a 10x20 unit for almost 10 years here. The facility was always gated and well lit. There were employees on site always during business hours and often after. The management was always kind enough to allow me to temporarily park a vehicle in a vacant spot if needed. Management was friendly and easy to deal with. It was very upsetting that my initial rental location did not have the trailer I reserved and I was never notified until I showed up that morning. Fortunately they were helpful in finding one at a different location about 15 minutes away and the reservation was than changed.DARRYL C.

Why the hell would there not be a way for them to get â€œback in the systemâ€ after 5:30? If a place is open, they should be able to accept pickups and use uhaul systems. I hate uhaul. You are expensive, have iffy customer service, and are just annoying. My moving truck from Penske with better insurance cost less than this tiny trailer. You all suck. Cut your prices. That's what you can do. Over 200 for a trailer??? Give me a break. I only used you because I had to because no one else has trailers.Roger H.

The worst experience I ever had with U-Haul. The woman and her 5 year old daughter were worthless. If they are afraid of dying from the virus they need to not be in business!!! If this was the first time I used U-Haul I would never use it again! WE had to check everything in with our phone! Not exceptible !!! I will never check a truck in by phone again!
