U-Haul was really nice. My movers were a no show and you did what you could to accommodate me. I was stuck with a truck and no movers so it helped. I am disabled and needed help. Returning the U-Haul was annoying because the online checkout had an issue with mileage. Maybe it was a glitch, I don't know. I had to repark the vehicle and pick it up at the location before getting the new movers. I'm sure the checkout experience was more harrowing after the whole moving help fiasco. Still, It should have been easier to drop it off. Luckily, the location was open, even though they were very busy.Princess D.

The photos in my app did not seem accurate to actual truck when picked up . I was using the smart phone pick up . I felt the pictures givin of the truck weren't completely accurate as it seemed to be taken else where and not the pick up location . Damage/ scratches to the truck can happen between the locations . . Overall truck conditions and the service were great .francesco S.

Yes I would definitely refer this location. HOWEVER I WOULD NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES REFER THE UHAUL AT BRINKS AUTO ADDRESS AT 101 NW 3rd St, Boca Raton, FL 33432. I reserved a truck from them to pick up Saturday at noon. When I arrived they are NOT EVEN OPEN ON SATURDAYS. The lady next to them says it happens all the time. THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM UHAUL partners, as they are give UHAUL a bad name. Also I was assured I would be receiving a $50 credit back to my credit card, due to this major issue, as I had hired moving men, BUT did NOT HAVE A TRUCK!!. You can refund me my entire cost of $134, instead of just $50, that is what you can do for ME as your current customer!!!Dee O.

No issues with the location, however the associate set me up to drop off my truck at a location that no longer existed. I also got an inflated rate due to numerous other issues I faced trying to do my reservation both through the online tool, speaking to representatives over the phone and then the associate in person.Jason B.

I was upset because when I went to the Uhaul web site, it gave me this location as the closest one to my zip code. However, I found out that there was a location 2 miles closer to my home and did not even get listed on the website. That location was on Dixie Highway.Joseph M.

Truck mechanically was in rough shape. This made me uneasy driving it on highway. The tank was half way full which made me worried will I make it to my new location. Trucks should be all the way filled not to put moving party into situation of needing to fill it up in the middle of the move.WILLIAM F.

I have always been more than satisfied with the high level of service I have received at this location. I order the U-haul in need, go to this neighborhood location to pick it up and return it with no delay what so ever.
