You charged me $30 for two days of insurance coverage, which I specifically declined when I made my online reservation. When I called the dealer to complain, he told me there was nothing he could do, and he told me to call U-Haul. So I did, and the person told me I had to "call the dealer." I am submitting a dispute to American Express, and I won't be giving U-Haul any cred to my friends.

Communication is the key no one explain the process and the company don't do discount like military or senior citizens plus the cost of milage is high

They charged me for damage to the truck that was clearly and fully documented upon pick up. They also charged me for $18 in fuel for 1/16 of a tank (that I STILL dispute was different). Then when I got the refund for the bogus damage charges, they did not refund the tax charge on the damage. They have wasted HOURS of my time trying to get this resolved, and still tried to scam me for $17.50.

Tim at Pakmail went above and beyond to make my truck rental experience smooth. There was nothing but professionalism and courteousness from pickup to drop off. Even when I came upon a small issue during pickup, Tim worked diligently to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend for your truck rental needs!

Vehicle was dirty back and inside. Full of cat or dog hair. Glass in the back. Super nasty. But great location. Got the job done just dirty.

Because I feel that when you submit a truck to a customer you check the fuel to make sure it was accurate and ready to be rented. How ever my issue I have I drove 6 miles return the truck at the same fuel I left with that was 1/8 of a tank I was charge for not bringing back at 3/4 of the tank so I am pissed and I would recommend a call by a supervisor I have photos of the gas tank and mileage and the time and date I left the U-Haul. This is really unsatisfactory service and it this is what u-haul is doing then we have a fraud issue going on within the organization.

I was overcharged by $1500.00. I only had it 2 days over and was charged for two weeks twice for insurance. Im putting this on public record that it was Rented on 3/8 and returned on 3/12. As soon as they opened for business they had the keys that were in lockbox. The bill wasn’t closed out until 3/14. Then they charged a cleaning fee of $25. It was returned clean. Never will I use U-Haul again. These are fraudulent charges.
