Rented a 25' truck to pick up after hours. Pakmail did not set it up right so I had to call U-Haul to get a truck. Waited in the rain on hold for 30 minutes. Lady at U-Haul was helpful but couldn't get box that had our keys in it. Had to rent a 26' truck instead. Very unhappy, cost more in gas, couldn't get that big of a truck close so ended up having to carry all our furniture much farther than needed. When I returned and told the girl what happened I did t even get a sorry about that. She just stared at the computer confused. Will not rent from this location ever again.
