The PakMail location was a mess. We had a truck reserved but they couldn’t find the keys to the truck. Stacks of paper, mail, food, dirt everywhere…super disorganized! They searched for the keys and couldn’t find them. Then says let me give you a different truck but I have to see if it is safe to drive. The truck had less than 1/8 tank of gas and had to be refueled. I returned it to the designated spot after hours and it took 4 days and many phone calls for them to turn it in and I kept getting receipts for additional days charged to my rental. It took someone from corporate to handle the closing of the rental and crediting back the fees. Horrible service, horrible location, staff that takes no pride in their work, personal appearance or location organization and appearance. Wouldn’t use this location!!

GUY GThe only negative comment I have about the rental was that the passenger cabin wasn’t as clean as I expected. The transaction and everything else was ok, I also wasn’t made aware of the mileage allowed with the one way rental. A detailed explanation would have helped.
ALAN MThe vehicle had roaches I seen a dead roach inside of the driver’s door pocket. I have a picture if you would like to see it also when I stop the vehicle and turn it off open the door I seen a roach run underneath the rubber floor the vehicle has a check engine light on that will not go off. Also the AC knob is not functioning properly. The vehicle itself road nice but needs to be clean before each rental, but got the job done.

MICHAEL LAlthough the guy at the desk was super friendly and positive, the equipment was filthy and had blood stains in it. I don't know what happened to U Haul, they used to care about the conditions of their trucks. Another location added to my "DO NOT RENT" list (disappointed customer)
KISAHY PI was misinformed about dropping off the truck. I asked and was told it was ok to drop off at the Orange blossom trail location, and was overcharged 188 dollars. I would like to be reimbursed the overcharged amount

Sursattie NMake sure the employees are explaining the rental process properly. I ended up spending $81 dollars for a hour under 40 miles. Because they told me I they will hold a deposit in case I go over mileage. I would have never rented that. I have had a U-Haul for a day and didn’t pay that much
