I was misinformed about dropping off the truck. I asked and was told it was ok to drop off at the Orange blossom trail location, and was overcharged 188 dollars. I would like to be reimbursed the overcharged amount

Sursattie NMake sure the employees are explaining the rental process properly. I ended up spending $81 dollars for a hour under 40 miles. Because they told me I they will hold a deposit in case I go over mileage. I would have never rented that. I have had a U-Haul for a day and didn’t pay that much
