CHRISTIAN FGood afternoon, My name is Helen Torres assistant of OCC My Stone, I'm communicating with you because of the experience we received in one of your locations. Part of every business is to provide great costumer service and more when from your part you make a mistake; is normal to make mistakes but is necessary to always communicate ethically and professionally at all times and find a solution. Today October 15, 2024 our company rent an equipment at one of your locations in Palm Spring Mile Valero 5090 W 4th Ave Hialeah Florida 33012.They send the receipt to our email but after verifying the information we found out they make a mistake so we contact them; after speaking with Mister Miguel he explain me they found the mistake and fix it and the system will send automatically the email with the correct information. However, after some search in every part of our email we couldn't find the new email and then decide to contact them again to see if was possible to resend it to keep this in case anything happens. After, contact them again and speaking with Mister Miguel again he started to get frustrated and shouting in the phone saying things like they can't resent it ; this was ok we understand however we recommend that for next occasion to rectify the information before processing the order to avoid incidents like ths because we need proper documentation in case something happen and avoid any liability. At this point Mister Miguel excessively shouting aggressively saying that he was the owner and to never come back to this location; many times, I requested many times to please if he can lower his voice what it worse the situation; in the end he just disconnected the call saying to never come back to that location. This is the worst costumer service we received in one of your locations and honestly Mister Miguel the owner was so rude just for requesting something so simple; he as business owner must be more comprehensive that every business try the best to keep records in case of accidents and avoid any liability. Therefore, we writing this email to let you know of this situation, having an understanding that this location must not represent the values you have as a company. We from our part we send this as a communication to keep records of the situation as this location provide the wrong information for the rental and until now, we still don't have any correction in our side just keeping Mister Miguel words for accountability. Juan VStop having them rent uhauls in this location Customer service was super bad / horrible Owner didn’t even show us the uhaul owner kicked me out of the store while I was getting the uhaul with spouse telling me only he can be in the gas station when it’s a gas station had to walk two blocks to get the uhaul

JUAN VTruck was in poor condition, dents, agent was not professional, during the booking process asked my husband to leave the store for privacy, when asked why, he stated it was the policy. Never experience this on U haul before.
PASCAL SThis was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with uhaul. I had a reservation made at a facility close to my house. I was called the night before and told that the truck I reserved was not available at the location - even though my reservation was made weeks ahead of time. I drove an extra 30 min to get the truck. When I arrived at the location, the truck I rented had a trailer on it. I tried to talk to the uhaul rep and she didn't speak english. Like not a word of english. I called the 800 number and after being on hold for 20 min, was told that I should remove the trailer and then get the keys. I proceeded to do that, and went back inside to get the keys. This truck didn't run. Then they had to give us a different truck. I didn't get the extra moving equipment that I paid for (moving dolly).This all took an hour then another 45 minutes for me to get home. I had movers scheduled that arrived long before I was back with the truck, so I paid moving people to sit around and wait for me all because of how unorganized your service was. I still haven't received the refund for my dolly and I've spent hours on the phone with different uhaul reps and still unable to resolve anything. I hope to never have to use your services ever again.
