OSIEL G.I had the most horrible experience in this location. I started the process on the phone but i didn't see the truck in the lot. I entered the location to ask for the truck, as sometimes they are supposed to be but people didn't return timely; I entered and when I tried to ask a question, the gentleman behind the counter started with a horrible actitud raising his voice and very confrontational. All I wanted to say is that I started the process to check out, but he never let me finish my sentence. The man keeps with the actitudes and angry. Even the customer he was attending was in shock with his actitudes. I understand people have bad day, it happens to all of us, but he went beyond mistreating me and raising his voice. No customer should ever, never shall be treated that way. All I need was for him to let me ask the question to see if the truck was there or no. At the end I went outside and asked someone that works there too about the trucks, and I was told that the trucks are stored a block away. To go ahead and finish the process on the phone and go inside and he will give me the key to pick up the truck. See, it was simple; no necessary to be that rude, unprofessional and not customer oriented. I will continue to use Uhaul, but I will never return to that location. I have waited almost all day to think about this all over again and find an excuse to no provide this complaint, but I feel guilty of not doing it as next customer shall not be treated as trash like I was today. We are living difficult times, but no one shall be yelled, mistreated and feel like trash. I was trash to him. 9:00am today and already with that horrible attitude l. I hope the day went better for everybody else.

The oil indicator was on the truck wobbled charging port didn't work gas was empty just ewwww disgusting!! Even told the workers and told me to hit the manager who also didn't do anything!!!! JULIO G.This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with uhaul. I had a reservation made at a facility close to my house. I was called the night before and told that the truck I reserved was not available at the location - even though my reservation was made weeks ahead of time. I drove an extra 30 min to get the truck. When I arrived at the location, the truck I rented had a trailer on it. I tried to talk to the uhaul rep and she didn't speak english. Like not a word of english. I called the 800 number and after being on hold for 20 min, was told that I should remove the trailer and then get the keys. I proceeded to do that, and went back inside to get the keys. This truck didn't run. Then they had to give us a different truck. I didn't get the extra moving equipment that I paid for (moving dolly).This all took an hour then another 45 minutes for me to get home. I had movers scheduled that arrived long before I was back with the truck, so I paid moving people to sit around and wait for me all because of how unorganized your service was. I still haven't received the refund for my dolly and I've spent hours on the phone with different uhaul reps and still unable to resolve anything. I hope to never have to use your services ever again.
