The location was disastrous. The staff took forever to see us. The truck was disgustingly dirty and smelly. The truck was not well maintained, it has several error messages showing in the dash. The worst thing was the fact that the staff let us know the estimated price after 20 minutes waiting and the price was twice what was advertised. When delivering the truck back, there was no one from the actual uhaul, there was only the cashier in the gas station that didn’t even looked at the miles or the gas in the truck. They put 5 miles less than what the truck actually had. Very disappointed with the service. I will not come back or suggest this company to anyone I know. Zero stars !

The worst attitude for customer service. I was about to leave this location and go somewhere else. I don’t understand why they had to treat people this way. No one was their to go over the truck condition, the miles, the gas tank. And now one was there to receive the truck when I went back. I would never go back or recommend any one to go. Very disappointed.
