Have a way to show unavailable vehicles on the website I made a reservation for a 20-ft truck only to find out a day later it was not available. I was offered two 10-ft trucks but was lacking another driver.

We went prior to renting and was not told that we could reserve for the next day! We were lucky that the size truck we wanted to rent was available!

Thank you. But I appointed one week ago,the center of San Diego office called me the truck I booked to be unavailable almost one day before. I did know what to do because I got planned to get truck of san Diego from Los Angeles. My plan was mess up. Anyway I finished very well. Your office should tell customer three day before when your schedule will be to be changed. What you Just say we are soory is not enough for us. I paid more money and time. Please let us know minimum three day before with phone and message.

I recommend the mobile check in and out as it might the transaction smoother. However, staff was not so friendly and there was a hiccup in the mobile check in. I Almost got charged for cleaning when I filled out the return questionnaire. It asked if the car needed cleaning and I put yes. The van wasn't dirty inside because I tidied up but it looked like it hadn't been washed for weeks so I noted that. Then it added $25 for cleaning at check out. No amount of regular car wash amounts to that first of all. I disputed the charges and didn't get charged for cleaning after all but this should be corrected in the system. When I tried to bring it up with the receptionist, she told me she couldn't help me and pointed to her boss who wasn't even around for me to talk to. I waited for about 10 min and no boss, no receptionist to help me so I left.

Boss was rude to me when it was a mistake on his end. The mobile app wasn't working and so they switched me to another uhaul. I tried to explain that while he continued to be rude and wanted to put in an amount of gas that was registering for the old reservation. I not only had to move the uhaul again but only yet to show him it was the right amount.

Elevator has been broken for years. UHAUL in general makes you buy one of their locks and then when it breaks they don't help you at all.

Extremely incompetent and poor customer service. Kept trying to charge me for a tow dolly that was already paid for even after I provided the receipt and rental contract. Called me once I left store to ask for more information on my credit card. Wasted an hour of my time.

Chris was terrific and very helpful. Air conditioning didn't work in the truck unfortunately and it rattled a lot on the freeway even at low speeds.

I rented the trailer on 6/25/20 around 5:30pm. I returned the trailer same day 6/25/20 around 9:30pm. When I returned the trailer, I was told that everything was taking care of. On Saturday 6/27/20, I recieved an email with the invoice charging me for 2 days and stated that I returned my trailer on Saturday. I have to make at least 4 calls back and forth to have it reversed the one extra day. I felt like if I didn't verify my email and called back to fight for the reversal , I would have gotten charged for 2 days rather than only 1 day. As a customer, I shouldn't have needed to verify and trusted that Uhaul wouldn't have try to cheated me cor extra day charges.

My main issue is that I reserved a one way truck for this reservation three weeks in advance and the night afternoon before my reservation they changed the pickup time which caused many issues with my move Truck box had trash in it

They ask me What time are you gonna bring back de tow dolly? I answer like 4 or 5 pm And at 4pm í get a call asking me again what time I esa gonna be back? Because they got another customer waiting for the dolly I think it was to much pressure

My son, Christopher Galli, rented a 15 foot U-Haul in Chula Vista California to Sacramento. Very Disappointed, in the time of COVID-19, the interior of the cab was so filthy, never having been disinfected. I will place this information and social media unless some restitution is considered. I await your timely responde. Please see the attach pictures.

Fix the ignition switch on rental. Spent 5 to 10 mins each time when I tried to start van. Wasted 45 mins during move having to try and start van as the steering wheel has to be manhandled pulling left while turning key simultaneously. Location is the cleanest Uhaul location I've been to in San Diego. Car Wash included at Gas Station location as well. Just fix this VAN !!#

When I picked up the truck I assumed it had been cleaned. The interior cabin was clean but not the back of the truck. I realized it was filthy with debris and a board in the back when I got to my destination to pick up a couch. When I went to return it, the service agent blamed me and said his best customer would never leave it in that condition. I had no reason to lie, I have rented other Uhaul's and have always returned them in the condition received. I was also told to put back in more gas than I had received the truck in. I was told there was told there was more than 3/4 of a tank but when I got in the truck only 3/4. I did take a photo and sent that in to Uhaul. I don't appreciate having to pay for more gas, and clean up another's mess and be accused and treated rudely for something I never did. I won't be back. This location is horrible.

They did not have my reserved vehicle. then tried to rent me the next size up at the higher price. The web has a feature for renting for 24 hours. When you get there they use hourly rate plus mileage. I had to request a manager to finally get everything sorted out. The experience was not good at all.

The service representative was awesome. He gave extremely great customer service. He has kept a long-term customer relationship while we are going through the Coronavirus pandemic. I have personally used Uhaul since I was 18 years old. I am know 42.
