Don’t cheat people. Because I felt cheated at this location. I did not order insurance when I made the online reservation, , however, the store clerk did charge me for it without telling me. So when I returned they told me about the charges and I complained. They said they couldn’t remove them.

Make sure the tank is full before renting, I filled it up and cost me 10.00 for 17 miles......................a bit expensive to pay for the last guy not filling it up. A common problem I have had in the past with U-Haul.

No problem or issue in renting the vehicle. The people at the location were friendly and efficient. When I returned the vehicle it was quickly checked and I was e-mailed my receipt. I would definitely use their service again, should the occasion arise.

The only difficulty I encountered was a longer than expected wait. The system seemed to be running slow and it took several tries for my credit card information to be accepted.

I reserved a truck a week in advance, and when I got to the location, they could not find my reservation. After 10-15 of searching, the attendant told me my reservation had been cancelled, something I had never done. I had to resubmit my information to attain a truck, and upon return, the attendant wanted to charge me for 2 days, when I had picked up and dropped off on the same day. Horrible experience.

The equipment was not ready when I arrived and the uhaul representative was not present. The transaction was done over the phone via the gas station attendant, apparently the uhaul representative did not want to come to do their job on a Saturday morning. Worst of all I was given a tow dolly that had a hole in the tire. When I put my car on the dolly the tire went flat , I then had to wait for 2 hours for the uhaul roadside assistance to change the tire. It seemed like the equipment did not have a safety check before it was rented to me.

The truck had a continuous tire pressure warning light on. They told me the tire is fine despite this even we did have to put air in it.

Update the computer based software. Too many problems with the site to complete my transaction.

I feel you need to check ID when someone is charging on a credit card.
