This was not a good experience. When I initially checked out, the website did not adjust the price for renting 6 moving blankets and SHOWED it would charge me for 10, even after unselecting and reselecting 6 over and over, but I submitted anyway as I needed to rent it. I had to chat with a representative to confirm I'd only be charged for 6, and not 12, which they confirmed. So I thought I was good. Then I see on my final bill I'm charged for 12 and not 6. Pretty annoyed I've wasted my time and will now have to chat again to have you fix this issue, even after being told it wouldn't be. Next, the truck I received was pretty well dinged up. The front had a hold punched through it and there are dents, dings, scratches, all over the vehicle. I don't personally care what the truck looks like, but it had me incredibly nervous renting it at 5:30AM in the morning, as it's pitch black and I can't take photos proving how messed up the truck is to start with and I'm worried I'm going to get blamed for the damage. Also, the padlock lock on the back door would not lock. The hasp wouldn't close no matter how hard I pushed. Not a big deal while I used the vehicle, but leaving the moving blankets and hand truck in back when I left -- I was worried someone could get in the back and steal something. Lastly, the location. This location is close to my house which is perfect. It was a little tight parking two trucks in this lot but I'll trade that for the convenience of the proximity. My only concern is that there was a shopping cart tipped over laying against one of the trucks like someone ran the cart into the back of the truck. Thankfully it wasn't the truck I was issued.

Everything went smoothly except I was given a regular dolly instead of the appliance dolly. But it all worked out.
