The location was ok. When we arrived, we did not have an appliance dolly in the truck and only had 2 of the 6 ordered furniture covers. The store owner had a dolly and only one cover in the store which he gladly gave us. He was very nice and would have given us other covers if he had them. I did call customer service after we picked up the truck and the covers were taken off of the bill, which I did appreciate. The man who answered the call was very nice and helpful.

It was filthy inside and out. Clean
Sean FThis man was rude, lazy and incompetent. Our truck was buried in knee deep snow on the side of his building between the building and a deep drop off. He expected us to trudge through this snow to pull the vehicle out to the front parking lot. We had to wait while he opened up his tobacco shop. His computer wasn’t even turned on. There were no blankets and no dolly on the truck even though I ordered them. I was unable to protect my furniture because of this. He didn’t seem to have a clue what he was doing. It was an infuriating experience. We are 74 and 64 years old.
KAREN SWhen I pulled out and started going downhill, the low oil pressure light came on. It also came on when I made a right turn. Pulled into a gas station and pulled the dipstick out. It was low on oil. I put a quart of oil in it, And had no further problems. I did call into your service line and the lady was very helpful. Just wanted you all to know. It did not appear to be leaking oil from the bottom of the engine nor from the engine bay itself.
