The truck was in good condition and drove and handled well on the road
Donald SThis location was good and the guy nice and professional. That I had to drive 9 miles out of my way in heavy traffic to pick up the hauler in Charlotte was bad. The reservation app still showed me to address where there was no car hauler. Also your system shows I have rented things I did not rent all based on my new cell number.

Leslie MI was told that I would receive $14 credit towards the gas because it was lower than what was required because the person who returned it before me didn't put in gas in it and when I brought it back to pay only $9 was accredited and I was charged $91 for mileage which is wrong because they were charging $1 a mile and it's supposed to be if you do it online which I did and reserved it online it was supposed to be less than $1 a mile and I returned it on the 7th and here it is the 10th and I'm being emailed and text saying that I still owe money
Tijuana BThis place was awesome!!, the reserve location was closed at 9.30AM when I was told to be ther,,,,,got owner on ph.of the I 80 garage he told me it was my problem!!!!,that his business was not open weekends,,,however while I was ther a service tech, came in from road call says if I had made online reservations with them directly that he could have rented to me the trailer I came over 300 miles to pick up.,,, I-81garage terrible!!!! Papa's hardware fantastic!!.

Dale helped facilitate the transaction and went above to make this happen! The world needs more people like Dale! He was instrumental in helping us get our sons new race car back to PA!

Mark HThis rental was extremely poor. The girl at Town center Hardware was excellent and very helpful. From there it was a fiasco gone horrible wrong. Town Center had rented all of their 5x8 trailers and lady told me that dispatch would call me with a pickup location. Waited 45 minutes and they never called. Called Town Center again and she called again. This time Josh did call back and told me I could pickup trailer at power zone on Sat. I called to make sure that I could and they told me that they didn't even have a 5x8 and that they weren't even going to be open on Saturday. What if I had waited to check on trailer. What kind of service is this anyway? I called Josh back and he wasn't the least concerned over his mistakes. He then told me I could pick up a 12 x 8 at no extra charge in Salem. I told him I couldn't pull a 12 x 8. He then found me a 5x8 at Papa's hardware. You just cannot imagine the stress and frustration, that all of this caused me. I can only imagine how U-Haul can survive with service like this. Extremely disappointing.

Michael KYou really need to fix your gas tank, I spent $30 on two trips with your faulty gas guage, I am very upset! I am going to post this online, I tried to call there two times and waited for someone to answer for longest time to no avail, very bad experience!

John PI received a gas mileage paper with a gas refill guide/scale and it gave the appropriate amount of gallons I would have to put the the correct amount of gallons in the truck to put it back to what I started with. I was told 3/4 of a tank but it was at half a tank. I didn't really think much about it but when I turned it in, I had to leave and put $25 more in the tank after explaining to the woman in the Dublin drop spot that I put it back to half. She said I would be charged 3 times the normal had price on my debit card if I refused to put it up to 3/4 tank. I should be reimbursed for the extra$25 because I was not lying about this! Moving is extremely expensive and I feel as if I was treated like a liar and I had 2 other people with me that knew I was telling the truth.
