The man running it was nothing but polite, friendly, helpful. I was in a jam. I had rented a truck Penske they took the reservation, not knowing that they no longer do Penske's in that town. Leslie M.I was told that I would receive $14 credit towards the gas because it was lower than what was required because the person who returned it before me didn't put in gas in it and when I brought it back to pay only $9 was accredited and I was charged $91 for mileage which is wrong because they were charging $1 a mile and it's supposed to be if you do it online which I did and reserved it online it was supposed to be less than $1 a mile and I returned it on the 7th and here it is the 10th and I'm being emailed and text saying that I still owe money
