I rented the cargo Van. The van was great, but I feel that U Haul in general was not honest with their advertising. $19.95 for renting the van for the day. And in small letter, plus mileage. Please make sure the plus mileage is bigger and more prominent so people are not mislead. I felt very mislead and I will not be using U Haul again.

The truck was quite a bit muddy just seemed to need a car wash! Other than that it was great!

This location was fine, did after hours drop off and had nothing but trouble with u-haul.com. Location service did not work, and there was no work around. Called the 1-800 number, waited for ever, finally got a human. Told her their on line drop off didn’t work, she said “yah, that hasn’t worked for awhile, hold on and I can get that taken care of” she put me on hold and NEVER came back!!! Yet they say if you need to have a human do your return the next day, even though still ahead of original drop of time, they charge you an additional $20.00 “convenience” fee. BS
