LINDA RI wasn’t able to empty the truck by the required date and they recommended a volunteer group to help me and gave me an extension on when to return the truck, however I was told there was no charge for the extension but found that my credit card had been charged an additional $340 even though I didn’t drive it after I returned to town. I was given no explanation for the additional charge and the breakdown of the charges.

Morueen DIf the property is closed on a Sunday The clients shouldn't be charged for a day that they can't return an item. I rents Saturday morning and it was either bring it back Saturday night at 5:00 pm or hold onto it until Monday morning. I feel I shouldn't have been charged for Sunday, when the place was closed. It's not like you could have rented it anyway.

Terry DI could have been assigned to a more convenient drop-off location. This one was a bit out of the way. They were friendly and helpful getting me checked in and all dropoff checks completed.

Graham BPaid to have a dozen moving blankets included, but these were not provided. When I asked to be reimbursed, they said they were unable to and that I needed to take up the issue with U-Haul directly. Further, the layout made it difficult to access the trailers.

Karissa DI had to come back 3 times do to uhaul not having a functioning system. Not the location I went to but the main network. I was told I will be getting a credit for my inconvenience. We will see how that goes.

Richard JThe guy who did my reservation lied to me and booked it wrong causing me to pay a $600 fee!!! They also put my family in danger by giving me a trailer with a bad wheel bearing causing me to lose my tire on the freeway with my children & wife in the car. UHAUL themselves were also very unprofessional and played volleyball with me over the phone for 2 hours. I had to wait 12 hours before they got me back into a new trailer & on the road again.

Joyce ATechnology does not always work. U-Haul needs to ensure that a paper contract goes out with all rentals. Mobile platforms are not a reliable source for communication. (Dead batteries, lose the device(s), poor cellular reception, etcetera) Otherwise the pick up location was excellent. BTW, the marijauna haulers out of that location are way down. words from the franchisee operator. Weed is only $200/lb now. So U-Haul should see a decline in this nefarious operation of the under world.
