I had to come back 3 times do to uhaul not having a functioning system. Not the location I went to but the main network. I was told I will be getting a credit for my inconvenience. We will see how that goes.

Richard J.The guy who did my reservation lied to me and booked it wrong causing me to pay a $600 fee!!! They also put my family in danger by giving me a trailer with a bad wheel bearing causing me to lose my tire on the freeway with my children & wife in the car. UHAUL themselves were also very unprofessional and played volleyball with me over the phone for 2 hours. I had to wait 12 hours before they got me back into a new trailer & on the road again.
