Staff was super helpful and able to help me out with very short notice. Very friendly. I enjoyed my interaction with everyone there and made it quick and easy to get in and out.

Jacob MI have been to this location this time of year for a few years, but this time was different. I had scheduled a 10 foot truck moving truck and when I picked it up and drove off with it, the low tire pressure light was on as well as the engine light I drove less than a block, stopped and called and was told I should return the truck. I returned the truck and it took quite a while to get a replacement. I did not noticed, nor was I given information about how much gas was in the tank. They have always pointed out the gas level and reminded me that it needed to be at that point when I return it. The first one was full. I assumed this one would be full as well when I returned it after a one day rental the gas cost me $35. I drove 22 miles. It seemed extremely excessive to me. I should have checked the gas tank. I had people waiting for me to bring the truck and it was something I overlooked. In my haste, I left my telephone in the first truck and did not realize this until I had driven home. Because of the issues with the first truck, it caused a lot of anxiety and stress
carolyn rWhen I first arrived I was told I brought it to the wrong location, but I took it to the place on my contract. The technician kept saying "my system say" without listening to me when I said "my contract says." The contract trumps the system. He ended up taking receiving it since it was a one way without acknowledging what I was saying. Not the best customer service in my book.

They were cheerful and extremely helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone and will probably use them on my upcoming trip.

monte pThey tell you stories to keep the tab running vs work. The female tells you this story of how she was paralyzed and her success story...not even sure if its true. She isn't strong enough. Much was damaged and they hide it. Unfortunately, we didn’t check the furniture in a certain room. There were gashes, black marks on white furniture, messed up furniture pieces...completely ruined. I wanted to add this review because I believe there rating is high only cuz of her story. It made us feel bad enough.

GERALD PThe only bad comment is that it is in a Gas Station convenience store. No issues with it being in a gas station, it is actually convenient, but the fact that you have to wait for people to buy scratchie cards, energy drinks and etc before getting your rental makes no sense.
