The lot was small and very crowded. It was hard to get the trailer in because it was so small and there were a lot of cars and traffic in such a small lot. There was no personal since it was a drop-off location and it was after hours.
Melissa EU-haul was not filled up with gas, and they didn't make a note of the gas level when I picked up the truck. They ended up charging me almost double the quoted amount... only because I returned the truck 2 hours late.... double the price for 2 hours late. If you're going to charge an obscene amount of money for a late fee, you absolutely need to tell the customers. I'll never use this location again.
