Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend them over and over again. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive.

Kind and efficient! Being a first time U-Haul renter I had no idea how it worked and they assisted me through out the way!
Rachel VOnline check in process was atrocious. Slow and not intuitive. Should be allowed to do the check in process before the truck rental time starts, so that you can pick up the keys and begin right away. The approval process was a joke. There was no reason for the approval to take 30+ min. And to wait for a representative to call to approve the check in? Yeah, no. Might as well just to go a UHaul location and have everything done in person. This system needs to be updated to 2026 standards, because right now, it seems like it’s stuck in 2006.
Noah AHorrible customer service, super slow. My reservation was at 10:45 a.m. and I left around 12 p.m. I will not be back and will not recommend this place.
