They tell you stories to keep the tab running vs work. The female tells you this story of how she was paralyzed and her success story...not even sure if its true. She isn't strong enough. Much was damaged and they hide it. Unfortunately, we didn’t check the furniture in a certain room. There were gashes, black marks on white furniture, messed up furniture pieces...completely ruined. I wanted to add this review because I believe there rating is high only cuz of her story. It made us feel bad enough.

The only bad comment is that it is in a Gas Station convenience store. No issues with it being in a gas station, it is actually convenient, but the fact that you have to wait for people to buy scratchie cards, energy drinks and etc before getting your rental makes no sense.

This U-Haul location charged me an entire day for forgetting to bring the dolly back… I said I would bring it in the morning, I did, they still charged a full day again so yeah. Stay away from these scammers.

Mike must have radar, as this was the second time to drop off a Uhaul truck, and before I can get two steps from the truck there he is to check you in. He is also very friendly and quick with the return process. I would recommend this Chevron location to rent or drop off a Uhaul!
