Mary Kate CrumpI ordered my rental for 6:30pm on Saturday. When I arrived they did not have my rental available and said I’d have to come back the next morning (Sunday) after 9am. So I didn’t get my truck until 15 hours after I requested it and was still charged the same rate despite only having the rental for 6 hours vs. the 24 hours I had originally requested.
Damian HalpinThis was not my original pickup location. The original location did not have the 15-foot truck I reserved even though the U-Haul system showed them having two trucks available. U-Haul customer service did a good job finding me a 20' truck at the Paradise location. Caution: if you're reserving a truck, dolly and blankets for pickup at a non-corporate location plan on the dolly and blankets not being there. U-Haul should fix this.

Cyndi WorshamHorrible driving experience 4 hour drive! Windshield wipers made visibility impossible to see. I had to drive without wipers on or drive completely blind. The alignment was off by 45 degrees. I had to turn my wheel to the left in order to stay on the road straight! Near miss accident were throughout the whole trip. Received truck with barely any fuel. Spent 55 dollars on gas with 2 stops. Truck drinks gas too quick. Got gas 2.54 and 2.69 per gallon cheapest in Georgia
Hakeem BrayThe agent didn’t check the number of blanklet covers in the truck and when I returned it it was short 1 blanket and the agent didn’t believes me and charged my credit card for the lost cover and the truck not being washed because if the bugs and dust on the outside of the truck and also she was trying to charge me for the truck not being full I returned it in the same level of gas that was checked out by the first agent in Valdosta, Ga . I call customer service to correct the charges by the manage of finance hasn’t contacted me back as of yet from yesterday contact with customer service agent that took my complaint. The agent located in Delray Beach, Fl was very rude and unpleasant to deal with.

Richard UddybackI'm disappointed about the service. I called in advance to rent a van. I was told it was available to come pick it up. I asked if I should provide my name or phone number to ensure I got the rental. The gentleman said no, just come over and pick it up. Of course, when I arrived they just rented the van out to another customer. So, I had to come back the next morning. Of course, when I arrived, no one was there. So, I called the phone number and the gentleman said, I will be there in 10 minutes, I'm filling it up with gas. So, we waited another 20 minutes. Once, we got in the van, there was only a 1/4 tank of gas in it. We got the job done, but the service and communication were terrible. We wasted a lot of time trying to rent a van for 1 hour.

Mike ClowesVehicle came near empty and was incorrectly documented with an eight tank of gas, was not shown documentation so I was unaware, all i was shown was a signature to sign. nevertheless had been charged an extra day as I turned it in an hour late. Vehicle turned in regardless as i deployed the following day.

Katrice BarnesI would not recommend uhaul or this location to anyone. Uhaul sent me to 3 different locations although I had a reservation for 2 weeks. First location had no useable trucks, 2nd location the truck wasn’t there, 3rd and final location the person running the store showed up 20 minutes late which left me sitting in the hot sun in the parking lot for 45 minutes. My first reservation was at 8:30 A.M. and I did not get a truck until 11:45 A.M. Uhaul not being organized and not helpful at all caused me to drive 52 miles all over town trying to find a truck that I had reserved 2 weeks before. Cost me money in fuel and money waisted from the helpers I had paid to help me move that spent 3 hours waiting for a truck.

Emil GirardinIt is hard to get into and it is vape shop and all the blankets smelled like tobacco. Also very young customer service girl seemed more interested in talking to her friends than helping us. The mileage must have been recorded wrong because we got charged an extra $53 for mileage and she didn’t put in the return office we asked her to because it was close to our storage shed

Michael RickenbakerThis was the second location I had to go to pick it up. The first locations website stated they closed at 5 as well as the sign on the door. They closed at 4:30. The lady at uhaul was very helpful in finding a new location. I was supposed to pick up at 4, but was running late from work so I checked the location's website and it stated 5. This location was very helpful, nice people.

DAVID PETERSONI had a horrible experience with this vendor. They were very unprofessional and unorganized. There was an hour waiting period to pick up the van, and I had a reservation. It was not properly advertised, because it offered a non contact booking experience, but after waiting for an hour I went inside to find out that they do not have the proper equipment for a reservation. They’re managing reservations off of their cellular phones. My rental was extended longer than I anticipated due to my hours, but there was never a time extending my reservation with uhaul in the past. The vendors threatened me through text messages. They tried to charge me a cleaning fee and the rental was dirty when I picked it up. I refused to clean up behind someone else, and I had to sanitize the rental myself. I was overcharged for gas, and I returned the gas meter to where it was when I received the vehicle. I will need rent from this vendor again. DEMETRIUS ANTONI KATOPODISI needed supplies, several boxes and tape. I had to go ito Home Depot. Also, the store was a smoke shop. As a retired police officer and former smoker, I did not want to be in there. The sales person was nice and polite.
