Did not interact with any personnel. Key drop box clearly located with well lit parking lot and clear U-Haul drop off site.
Mary Kate C.I ordered my rental for 6:30pm on Saturday. When I arrived they did not have my rental available and said I'd have to come back the next morning (Sunday) after 9am. So I didn't get my truck until 15 hours after I requested it and was still charged the same rate despite only having the rental for 6 hours vs. the 24 hours I had originally requested.
Damian H.This was not my original pickup location. The original location did not have the 15-foot truck I reserved even though the U-Haul system showed them having two trucks available. U-Haul customer service did a good job finding me a 20' truck at the Paradise location. Caution: if you're reserving a truck, dolly and blankets for pickup at a non-corporate location plan on the dolly and blankets not being there. U-Haul should fix this.
